I don't know umbrel, sorry. Is it possible for you to download and just run bitcoin core on your clean pc. Sparrow auto detects it just the same as long as it's installed on the same pc. That way you've cut out the middleman too. Never understood why people used third-party node solutions when core works out the box on its own.
