Honestly I think income tax should be abolished.

However, there were a lot more loopholes holes. People kept more of their money.

Government should be at a minimal level.

In the 1940-1980s as you mentioned, we had less regulation. I’m down for that. No EPA, no atf, no fbi, nothing. No FDA, no regulatory agencies at all. You can’t pick and choose the best of prior eras and not adopt the rest of the policies
