The variable GPT-4 message cap has become infuriating. This morning, after 9 prompts with ChatGPT-4 I got a message saying I hit my cap for the next 2 hours.

I'm not going to threaten about canceling my subscription, but hitting a cap after 9 prompts is utterly ridiculous for a paid service.

Has anybody else hit their GPT-4 cap this quickly?
