In theory I agree with you but in some locations it’s illegal to own drawings or 3D renders of this stuff. Absolutely zero victim, but still against the law. There was an article I read here about an Australian guy who makes 3D rendered adult comics who got arrested and is on trial for this, because some of the characters in his comics were minors.

And while I think it’s disgusting, I agree with the first amendment argument.

I don’t know what lawyer would argue this case, though. Being the one who got AI CSAM legalized doesn’t seem like something I’d want on my professional resume.
