No. The ideal scenario is this: they're approved but have a launch approval in a few months. I don't know the mechanics of how that works, but here's my reasoning:

I'd like to see a pump NOW, based on the ETFS but more importantly, the inherent regulatory clarity. I want the price to be as high as possible BEFORE investors dive in.

Because not everyone can get rich, right? I want ETH to 5-10x from here in the future, but I don't want the new investors to participate in that because it's just not possible for that many people to make those kind of returns.
