It’s both though isn’t it. Wage growth is up, sure, not enough to match inflation from 40 years of stagnant wages, the average persons buying power is like almost the same as it was in the 80’s and our productivity has skyrocketed in that time. People are working two jobs because one job doesn’t cut it, there’s your fancy “job market” stat. Unemployment being down is not all that great when the reason is that people can’t afford to pay rent and save money with one job.

This is why qualitative and quantitative data should be shaking hands, but this STEMlord wants me to not believe my lying eyes I guess.
