Dude you're 23. You really need to pause to enjoy life. I suggest you start forcing yourself to go for hikes, hang out with friends, kiss a girl, and whatever.

To your point though - sorry to break it to you... but life's work. If you want to stay in Data Science, an ever changing science, you'll always have to be grinding knowledge to stay relevant. It's literally a part of the job. If you want to do the same thing everyday; I suggest you change professions to a company that sells hardware since they're typically less pressure and innovate less. I was actually in the REVERSE situation as you at 23 so I find your perspective to be very fascinating.
