If I recall correctly they used an actual voice actress for SkY. That being said maybe they chose someone who sounds very much like Scarlett, but that is the company's prerogative.

They did not load Scarlet's voice into the AI and have it churn out a deep fake of her. It's another woman altogether which is totally fine.

I imagine they got a cease and desist. They pulled it temporarily. They will show it court proceedings they use the vocal DNA of another voice actress, not SJ. The defense will have nothing and we will have SKY back.
