Yes, and I believe the case was ruled on incorrectly. There are people who look alike and sound alike; it set a dangerous precedent, in my opinion. You should have a right to your exact voice and your likeness, but impressions and parodies should be exempt, especially if you are a public figure. There are so many examples of look-alikes and similar voices of public figures, with many people using it for financial gain. I think this is an example of a public figure who reaps the financial rewards of a public life but not the downsides of it, i.e., impressions and parodies. legal precedent does not make something right, i.e., Citizens United, Dred Scott v. Sandford.
