Its not it or at least not only it. I know many people who are not conservative and even work in tech in various places and make lots of money.

I dont think the dislike for most people is rational.

If you think they fear it because of their jobs, that is a legitmate fear and a smart thinking person might have that fear.

but ive noticed many many more people hate it for some other reason that they dont really say. They say its bad, doesnt work well, causes more problems, tells fake info, etc. Which isn't really true anymore, at least not so true that it because a useless tool or tech.

I feel like its "cool" to not be impressed by things, or to not be on the "bandwagon" and they somehow get a sense of superiority even without having to understand the thing to do so.
