For me LLMs, no matter how good are experiments at best. They are prototype to what might the future look in 10 years but so far I have never seen an LLM that does anything remotely useful for my use cases. I just test them to feel the pulse of the industry, nothing more. I've tried using them for explaining papers to me but most times I'm better off just reading the thing myself.
