I’m in no way support of Bc.com wallet but all the people who encounter issues with them are partly if not mostly to be blamed by simply not understanding what they are doing and also not reading on how bc.com wallet operates.

They have a Defi wallet section , which means you have access to your 12words and can move your funds anytime anywhere(Total control). I have used this option several times when I want to create burner or temp wallets. If this is the case you can simply import your 12word backup phrase into any wallet eg Bluewallet and get your funds.

Then they offer the Account/Exchange option which is where the problem lies, you need to do a bunch of kyc and verification and a whole lot to be able to move your funds from that account, its a shit show. But I’ve never used that shit because I read and understood the implications ,most people just setup the wallet throw their money in there without understanding anything or even reading the instructions.

There is nothing reddit can do for you , go to the support of bc.com ,be patient and do whatever kyc verification and instruction they tell you or take them to court.
