If wealth is what drives you, yes.

If otherwise and what you make already grants you a possibility to retire with a steady cashflow and your job is somewhat stable and enjoyable, don't waste your time on money.

Use that time to improve your life or the life of others precious to you around you, which in the end is the same thing.

There is always more money to make, more to buy, more to have. There's very little time to actually enjoy where you are and what you have already. In 20 years you would give any money to be 20 years younger again. Well imagine you just did.

Use that time wisely.

I, 32M, live in Europe, so my position differs from yours, but I escaped the money chase with half your income once I got out of unproductive debt.

Changed my perspective on life once I surrounded myself with ppl that care for me in a way money just can't provide.

My income barely catches up with inflation. Just bought a place of my own. I have not woken up sad or anxious even once for the last 3 years.
