Paid version - the difference between Opus and Sonnet isn’t like 4.0 was to 3.5 either. There is a noticeable difference in depth of analysis, but it isn’t close to going from smart to dumb like ChatGPT.

I have given all the paid services a shot, to see the quality differences and ultimately settled on Opus to keep my subscription because of the lack restrictions and the ease of analysis with uploading documents.

If I want pictures, I can get them for free using MetaAI. If I want to search the web or get a definition, I use ChatGPT and if I want to do things with larger data sets I get the best results with Claude.
