I posted something about this a few days ago and gave up on that method, and moved to the NEAT algorithm. I believe it shows the capability to learn, but at the moment it goes from making random guesses to making the same guess over and over again for all 8 tries until the species goes stagnant where it resets on extinction.

I'm using Pycharm, with the only package needed to include is neat-python, and the code has been uploaded [here](https://file.io/z1miQf4oQLCB).

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
