"text": "I really don't get it, like at some points I feel. Ok, people hate AI because they get tired of seeing this trend being pushed onto them constantly when they didn't ask for it. But consequently the world just works like this.\n\nAnother point may be that people fear AI surpassing them, they don't perhaps view it as a tool which could aid them. I understand this narrative of surpassing is not true yet, but it can definitely be used to speed up/accelerate workflows which would have taken days or weeks to possibly achieve, possibly requiring a freelance job or outsourcing, presiding that it fits your specific needs.\n\nI've additionally seen the interesting psychology of people whereby they completely reject anything to do with AI. I am not sure whether this is because of some sort of underlying fear, whether they know LLMs can produce very good scripts or even, without enough thoughtfulness and problem solving, help you accelerate your development/projects. In my friend circle, about 80% of them hate AI and I just find it quite weird. \n\nOf course, this post is more narrowed down to my friend circle and some use cases I've thought of. Clearly as you can see, I'm a developer. But I'd imagine this can be put in different contexts. \n\nAny thoughts? \n\nEdit: Did not expect this many responses! These are very insightful, keep them coming!",
