All the while, we were not hopeful that Spot ETH ETFs would get approved. We were familiar with the SEC’s delay tactics and resigned to the fact that ETH ETFs would suffer the same fate.
Until the SEC did a quick turnaround and asked various applicants to amend their ETF filings. Surely, that was a sign of hope. These institutions responded promptly and have submitted their amended filings, such as VanEck, Fidelity, Franklin, ArkInvest, Grayscale, and Invesco Galaxy. VanEck Spot Ethereum ETF has even been listed on the DTCC under ticker $ETHV.
Bloomberg analysts have sheepishly raised the approval to 75%. Now, people expect not just one, but several ETH ETFs to be approved on 23 May.
What does this tell us? I believe the Japanese proverb 明日は明日の風が吹く (Literal translation, tomorrow will see its wind blow) says it best. It means “Every day is a new day brimming with possibilities”. You just never know what will happen when you STAY IN THE GAME.
So, Bronuts, as you are tempted to DCA out later this month, remember: leave some chips to STAY IN THE GAME.
