I don’t understand why I am looking for someone to short bitcoin, contrary someone who doesn’t want to sell bitcoin to cash out. Let me give you example.

I was thinking 20% LTV and 10% profit share. For example borrower wants $5000 in USDT, then collateral of $25000 in BTC is required. Let’s say loan is for 12 months. Every month borrower needs to repay loan ~$417 dollars per month. In the end of the term if collateral value increases to $30000, then profit share is from $5000, 90% remains with borrower and 10% takes lender ($500) in BTC. If price remains the same or goes below initial value, then lender just returns his initial loan $5000 and borrower takes his BTC back.
