Alright, so looking at Biden's worst precincts in Multnomah/Portland (which on the whole came in a lot closer to its suburban counterparts than I expected, 87.39% Biden countywide currently). Excluding ones with only a handful of votes cast:

* Precinct 4201 (Hosford-Abernathy and Buckford): Biden at 78.12%. Precincts have been redrawn since 2020 but this appears to overlap with centrist Mayor Ted Wheeler's worst precinct in the 2020 general (4203), where he got 28.76% (52.56% went to far more leftie [Sarah Iannarone](https://www.wweek.com/news/2020/09/16/portland-voters-are-fed-up-with-ted-wheeler-but-are-they-ready-for-sarah-iannarone/), and 18.67% were write-in votes that - on the whole - believed Iannarone *wasn't left-leaning enough*). Biden got 37.19% in that precinct in the May 2020 primary (over a month after Sanders suspended his campaign), with Bernie getting 44.42% and Warren 16.75%. * Precinct 4205 (Kerns): Biden at 78.95%. Other half of the old Precinct 4203 referenced above. * Precinct 4605 (South Lents): Biden at 73.8%. Precinct only about 57% White, with noticeable Mexican-American, Chinese-American, and Vietnamese-American populations. Old Precinct 4803. 45.61% Biden/38.26% Bernie/13.65% Warren. 34.91% Wheeler/50.94% Iannarone/14.84% Write-In. * Precinct 4607 (North Lents): Biden at 78.92%. Same general demographics as neighboring 4605, 54.53% White. Cobbled together from 3 separate 2020-era precincts so I'm too tired to do the math on exact presidential primary/mayoral numbers but it looks like Iannarone was just barely ahead of Wheeler in the area. Biden at ~55% in the 2020 presidential primary. * Precinct 4704 (Centennial): Biden at 79.72%. 50.86% White, with sizable populations reporting Vietnamese, South East Asian, and Mexican ancestry. One of the most Somali-ancestry areas of the city - though that's only relatively speaking, since they're only 4.6% of the total population in the overlapping census tract. Old Precinct 4706, Wheeler 44.54%/Iannarone 40.91%/Write-In 14.55%, Biden 62.18% in the 2020 presidential primary/Bernie 25.17%/Warren 6.03%.
