I clearly said I only make around 800k. And, I fired a wealth manager who is a fiduciary. His “team” was managing a portion of my roughly $10m portfolio to underperform what I do on my own with mostly index funds. I also have a fee based tax advisor / fiduciary that I use once a year for an overall check up. But here I am, putting it on Reddit too. It was my sense that this sub had others like me to talk about investing and tax strategies. I’ve worked with alot of fiduciaries. They have varying views. Places like this could be a good sounding board. Or maybe not. Have a great life.
