I just graduated college with no debt, but I will be taking on student loans for grad school within the next year once I apply/matriculate. I will be working full time for the time being while at home with minimal expenses. I just recently opened up a Fidelity money management account and want to transfer money into it and have around 70% of my paycheck direct deposit into it. I want to save up money to be able to pay for rent/living expenses once I go away to school but need help figuring out what option would be best for me. Should I just shove it all into a high interest yield savings account or use some form of investment strategy with the fidelity account? I don't want to have to pay a great deal of taxes since this will be my main savings account. Thanks for the help!
