I don't see how any of this separates the rest of PoS crypto from Ethereum in the eyes of the SEC.

Does the SEC have guidelines on exactly how decentralized, and at what layers in the stack they need what level of decentralization?

Does the SEC care about the efficiency of the chain?

Do they care about profitability?

Do they care about attack vectors?

Not sure what any of this has to do with it being a Security or not a Security. Or being eligible for an ETF or not eligible.
