If you open a new credit account, like personal loans or credit cards, before the loan funds, the bank could reject your mortgage application, so I’d avoid doing so until after the transaction completes.
If you can, inquire through friends or familia for the amount needed, and offer a guaranteed return. It will look like you rushed this and got out over your skis on the cost front, but maybe they’ll cut you a break because you’re offering to pay them for the inconvenience.
You can however get a loan against your bitcoin, but I’d only do that if you’re going to recoup those funds very quickly. Unchained Capital for example, which I haven’t used, does offer a lending product. The rates are higher than most personal loans from traditional banks though. Maximum term I’ve seen was 12 months also.
Obviously, I’d recommend you keep saving and just enjoy the bull market. You’ll have a larger stack and shaving some of it will hurt less. Where’s the entrepreneurial spirit in that though ?
Best of luck.
