So when you are young and dumb, investing is sport and if you have a lot of money with a high paying job it continues to be a sport (I know someone like this). I for one just made bad decisions on knee jerk buys/sells for decades. Now I realize it's best to do as others have done, buy ETF and a few solid stocks that grow slow. Then if you have left over you feel like gambling a bit, go for it! Yeah I had my toys early but it's time to save for retirement. Everything is so expensive these days so yeah my goal is set of saving enough to retirement.
