There are more and more new coins coming every day and you can’t expect every cycle all of them to keep hitting new ATH . There aren’t unlimited money available to buy the unlimited amount of random shitcoins coming every day.

With that being said , some alts will def post huge gains but it won’t be all of them .

In the 2018 cycle all alts got huge gains because there were just few of them and they were all new.

But after the last bear cycle where some of them such as Luna went to 0 and never recovered or in the 95-98% loss, people are a lot more careful with going all in big time on alts

Some alts that are relatively new and hyped like Pepe will probably still post huge gains .

Also some fresh and new coins that have much more utility and hype than old ones will probably also do well.

But many coins from past cycles especially ones that have no news or their creators abandoned them will probably just trade flat or with very small random gains just trailing the market .

You need to do your own research for whatever coins you want to invest if you want to do well , just putting your money into random shitcoin is no more guaranteed 10x
