it makes zero sense for a innovative tech company to have an ethics team, anyway. waste of money to pay the team, waste of money getting important people together over and over to hear their recommendations, even bigger waste of money (and engineer morale) to implement the recommendations which compete with the business model.

unless your business is literally selling ethics or ethical seminars or something, you probably don't need one...
