It's interesting how much they hype up the aspirations of certain companies, aspirations for example that they hope to eventually achieve sub-$80,000 humanoid robots, and when certain other companies come and demonstrate it as not only feasible but existing that you can buy right now, it sort of gets brushed away. It's an interesting development and one would hope to see more of these robots from North American and European countries, and really everywhere. Of course a lot of the arguably more impressive development does happen in these companies that we know, like Anymal, but still now we can see real reliable humanoid robots on the market, at a fraction of the price that was expected. Yet, it gets less articles written about it and gets less media promotion than other companies' 'aspirational' robots that don't exist.
