Better yes, but it still created a lifetime of problems for me that I'm still dealing with. That and I had a terrible shrink as a kid who fucked up and freaked me out about potentially becoming a pedo myself as an adult, something that's a higher risk for victims of abuse who don't receive proper treatment, especially during adolescence. My current therapist is awesome though lol, and thankfully I did not end up like that shitty therapist said I might. Like yea there's a risk but bro you're not supposed to fucking say that shit like that to the patient
