Yes and no - I don’t think they’ve specified what the internal render resolution is, just that it’s upscaled to 1440p using the NPU in the example provided here. A fair guess would be that it’s 720p native upscaled 2x. Also factor that Mac laptops have 16:10 aspect ratio screens so you’d have to do the math on total pixel count to get an accurate comparison.

I’m not sure if you mean “power” in terms of performance, or in terms of actual power consumption, but the Snapdragon X Elite is an [80w TDP system](https://wccftech.com/qualcomm-is-prepping-a-snapdragon-dev-kit-for-developers/), where the M3 is a [20w TDP system](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_M3?wprov=sfti1#M3_Max), so if we’re comparing performance per watt, that doesn’t look very favorable for the Snapdragon if the M3 is getting relatively similar performance at 1/4th the power consumption.
