Fair enough on the key stuff. Sure, your thing might be cheaper (I'm assuming not much cheaper) but it will come with limits, again, making an assumption here that there will be more limits than the limits you get with GPT Plus? Considering GPT4o voice capabilities you will reach limits very quickly so if I have to pay a few dollars (example currency) more to get a higher limit than what your tiers offer, as a customer, I will go for it.

In terms of features that you mentioned earlier, I'm guessing these are your own features that you will implement on top of GPT? Because anything else you are still dependent on openais release schedule no matter what. Keep in mind that GPT Plus users often receive new features a bit earlier. Something that your tiers can't deliver on? Because I'm not technically subscribed to GPT Plus.

Another issue I see personally is with transparency. You raise a valid point that BYO key apps on GitHub are open source. Yours isn't. I would feel an awful lot more comfortable using an application like that PERSONALLY than your stuff. That is simply because I don't know what it is you're doing with my chats and other information. I bet you are an awesome team of cool people but I just don't know it.

No hate, just initial thoughts/feedback from me.
