Thanks for the response. The dataset consists of ~7600 rows of 50% phishing and 50% legitimate URLs which is what I’m ultimately predicting for. I’m randomly setting aside 10% of it to use as the test case after training so generally I should be getting a roughly 50/50 split of phishing/legit in my test set.

It may be helpful to note that after training (which doesn’t take long) the network is either pretty solid or totally useless. I’m never seeing it hit anything but 50%(useless) or 95%(solid) accuracy. It’s solid probably 80% of iterations.

I’m going to do some digging into F1 score because I’m not familiar with it (newb here).
