OpenAI approached her twice and she said no and Sam Altman even tweeted “her” in reference to Scarlett’s role in that movie. OpenAI is very clearly in the wrong - both legally and morally.

Without the law, a used car dealer (or anyone) could make commercials with Leonardo DiCaprio or LeBron James lookalikes or AI with zero repercussions. It’s ridiculous to think that would be legal.
