Nice! Well in that case I would furnish the Airbnb's and use either a balance transfer credit card to get 0 percent interest or a regular credit card and use the first month profit from the Airbnb to pay off the card balance.

Also since you are getting the closing cost money back (not sure how you negotiated that or how that's even possible) I would request that that money is just given as a credit so there isn't a closing cost at all. If you do get it back after closing, then why not ask a family member for a loan and pay them back plus a few hundred bucks right after closing.
