GTP4o has been worse for me. I asked it for a lamda function interfacing the openai api, for an interaction which returns either freeform text or a function match. Function match happens should the AI discover that the user has demonstrated an intent from an array of intents.

GPT4o did not do well including everything I needed. It would forget to include the open ai functions feature in my payload to OpenAI. Once reminded, it would forget my intent patterns. That wasn't all.

GPT4 nailed everything right away.
