Hi. I recently upgraded my account on chatgpt, to upload some documents and use chatGPT as assistant, but when i ask for info there it gives not the full list of items that are in the txt.

My first impression was that i mess up those entrance and that is why it didn't listed them, but when i ask to chatgpt why it didn't add one of the missing results it apologize and add it.

So i wanted to ask if any of you have facing this problem before and how to fix it, or if there is any work around to do it.

Full test:

what i upload is a txt file that contains an RPG manual with rules and a list of characters, i ask to chatGPT if can give me the list of characters but it gives me an uncomplete list of them, but when i ask why it didn't add one of them he gives me the list again adding the one that i ask and apologize for not including it the first time.
