You can argue all you want that you are DIFFERENT because you aren't the instigator. That was true when the initial response happened. Which I support, entirely.

You cannot say trademarking the phrase is in the same vein as making the initial statement. It simply isn't. She very deservedly took a shot at MTG and should have left it like that. It makes it more badass, more appropriate, and I certainly don't feel weird about it. Doesn't it feel weird to you to see a politician finally stop taking the high road, and then see them pivot to using what they did to make a profit? It makes me very uncomfortable.
