I got news for you, the SEC isn’t regulating shit. Banking and corporations own the SEC, the DTCC, FINRA and just about any other alphabet organization you can think of. And when the SEC does decide to “act” the fine is such a tiny fraction of the money stolen that it’s simply the cost of doing business.

And if you don’t believe me.. “Gensler spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs, where he became a partner and held various senior roles, including co-head of finance and head of the firm’s Media Group.” And now he is the Chair of the SEC, I definitely don’t see a conflict of interest there….
