Diversified? Not really. Everything in SOXX, SMH, QQQM, and SCHD is already in VTI. 1. Why do you want to prioritize dividends? They both underperform the wider market and you'll pay more in taxes. Unless you're retired, there's no reason to focus on income from your investments; and I'd argue even if you are retired, it's better to sell shares when you need the income and realize taxes on your own terms. 2. You think semiconductors are going to outperform? So does everyone else. It's already priced in. If you're going to tilt to something, you should have something better than a first-level argument that everyone else already knows. 3. Same goes for the Q's. I'll admit I'm guilty of holding QQQM too. But at least it's more diversified than a fund of all semis. 4. I wouldn't consider USFR an investment. It's basically a cash position. Good for emergency funds and medium-term expenses. But it's not a long term investment.
