I don't think you're necessarily wrong, I do think this might happen before some people realize it but yeah the current jobs reports are pretty much reason number 1 why the Fed isn't feeling any pressure. That said, you're beginning to see tiny cracks in the seams, stuff like underemployment and part time work due to economic reasons is creeping up, and those generally lead broad unemployment shifts. But also there's often just noise in those reports from month to month so it's hard to say for certain.
