I've spent quite a bit of time in India, and the overwelming majority of daily transactions appeared to be in rupee bills or bank card. I occationally see transactions in USD or bank transfer. The vast majority of retail locations are not capable of accepting BTC transactions. I'm not saying it never happens, just that it isn't common.

I have never been to Nigeria.
