Hello fellow investors,
I joined this sub a while ago, went through a lot of different posts and now have come to you for advice. I have about ~$275K to invest in the Market. The following are the funds I would like to invest in. Need some advice if it’s s a good diversified list or I should make some changes.
1. 100K in USFR (Need some cash for quick liquidity if I end using it for downpayment). Taking the USFR route instead of HYSA because of high state income tax
2. 10K in SOXQ OR SMH (Semiconductor ETF) I think the semiconductor industry is going to see some decent growth in the coming years
3. 75K in VTI (US Market)
4.25K in VXUS (International Market)
5. 25K in QQQM (Nasdaq Industrial Market)
6.40K in SCHD (Dividend growth)
Goal here to make decent progress and not chase high yields. I know some of these funds have decent overlap; but I would like exposure to all the different markets. Let me know if I should add a commodity ETF as well! Thanks in advance :)
