Just because the dollar is more controlled and manipulated doesn't mean it's a scam. And just because BTC is decentralized doesn't mean it isn't grounds for scamming.

Also curious, what do you mean "robbed half of everything you ever earned" by having a savings account?

I'm not saying BTC doesn't/won't have value, or that adoption won't continue to grow. But definitely don't think BTC and USD are interchangeable. They never will be. It's apples and oranges. See them for what they are instead of trying to put them into the same box, and you will better understand the value they each provide.
