I am looking to buy a computer to learn AI, I have 0 knowledge on AI, ML and very minor knowledge of programming and coding. I am aware there are certain AI models which you can run locally on your PC, I could help me get started on learning AI. My budget is $550 ± $30. The budget is pretty low, It's fine if the build doesn't do much. even if I can learn something AI related using the PC it's good for me. I am thinking of getting it built by a local builder (I am from India). other than AI, normal school work, browsing, photoshop, light gaming there won't be any other usage of the PC.
