Hello everyone!

I am a student, 19 years old. I'm new to investing, so go easy on me. Currently, I live in Poland. I have no debts. I decided to try buying a couple dozen shares on the NYSE out of interest and managed to earn a little from it. I dedicated some time to studying the topic, but realized that technical analysis is not for me.

I want to invest in 2 things:

75% - an accumulating ETF (ticker VUAA.L)

25% - local short-term bonds for 3 months at an annual rate of 3%

I plan to hold the bonds in case of a market downturn, so I can buy more ETFs at a lower price. I work online, have the opportunity, and plan to invest between $400 and $600 each month.

Is this a good idea to pursue?
