In April-May it was rumored DEXCOM (DXCM) was in talks to buy TANDEM ( TNDM) at the time DXCM was trading at $130, now this past week there’s been nice upward movement in TNDM and the company put a company wide blackout on ALL share buys & sells and cxl all existing orders until further notice. Today DXCM is trading at $131, yrs 2 yrs of a bull market and it’s up $1 !!!! I’d say if the CEO wants to keep his job he must do something and buying Tandem now makes even more sense, Tandem is blowing past previous EPS and current estimates. This looks like an opportunity too good to pass up.
