That all depends on 1) the rules of each ETF stipulating how and when their Bitcoin-themed products are truly backed by Bitcoin, and 2) enforcement of those stipulations by the government.

If the institutions are lazy and just collect these "inflows" without acquiring real Bitcoin, sure, supply shock may come slowly or not at all. If they're forced to play fair, these numbers make supply shock inevitable and imminent.
