I can't vouch for the person who put the Trump video together, but it looks like the editor was either lazy or didn't know how to use After Effects and didn't realize they could change those elements since a lot of the default backgrounds (thank can be changed) were not. The full headline that the news is referring to states, "German industrial strength significantly increased after 1871 driven by the creation of a unified reich." but the left side is cut off, so "German" and "after 1871" are cut off.

I do not like Trump at all and feel that he is a fascist, but I just wanted to put this out there so that people have more information than the news clip concerning this specific video. I just feel that the news doesn't understand that the original video was created from a template.
