It feels to me it's very similar to Ford case, but not a lawyer, so.. They reached out to Scarlett themselves, expressing desire to have her voice. Then the model comes out and it's very much like her. The motivation is there, the outcome is there, these are the facts that are relevant in court. Maybe the voice turns out to be different enough, by court standards. Who knows.
