The same thing has happened to me using 3.5 ever since the 4o update occurred which leads me to believe that it’s one of three things:

1. The update unintentionally caused some sort of bug that caused 3.5 to both perform slowly and misinterpret requests.

2. OpenAI deliberately lowered the quality of 3.5’s performance to get people to pay for Plus to use 4o unlimited.

3. The rollout of 4o possibly led to a surge of usage of 3.5 amongst both free and Plus users and that usage is causing it to perform more poorly.

But regardless of what it is, I hope it’s fixed soon.
