With several biotech acquisition going on could $gern be good play?

Disclaimer I have lost a Lot on biotech (nvax) but also gained a bit through ($crsp, $mor). $mor was acquired by novartis just a couple of months after they released data during Ash(or asco). Just after data release, $mor increased by 50% and before acquisition another 25% ( assuming news leak, smaller insider trading). Novartis finally paid 50% above the market rate.

$gern increased by 50%+ after data release and in June has PDUFA scheduled. ( Adcom recommended 12-2) Given it is a small oncology company there could be potential buyout opportunity (janssen/j&j missed out on $pcyc back when abbvie acquired them. $pcyc was partnering with Janssen globally for imbruvica. Imb turned out to be a blockbuster). Similarly, Janssen was partnering with $gern earlier and now may want to partner again as data is good. another option is to buy and hold until June 16 and sell before the news. Further if you look at oncology data releases/FDA calendars these two were the only potentially small biotech with good data - so very similar

Bought 2k at $3.5 . No option; only stocks. I know biotech can destroy wealth but this seems a good opportunity
